o Office supplies ordering
o Coordinate with facilitator for workshop marketing, promotion, and logistics
o Receipt client payments
• Marketing & Business Development
o Develop The Counselling Place LLP’s promotional material
o Create and maintain The Counselling Place LLP’s webpage
o Assist in networking and business development
Job Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years work experience with at least 1 year’s administration and customer service experience, preferably in a confidential environment; Marketing/public relation/event management experience preferred.
Skills: Native English speaker; Excellent people and communication skills; Computer savvy and conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure; Good organization skills and self-motivated; Web design/development/maintenance skills desirable.
