Administrating employee records
Recording annual and medical leave
Processing Work permit, S-pass application / cancellation
Data entry for payroll
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements: O Levels/Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience preferred
Candidate with payroll experience will be an added advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Pleasant Looking
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
Open to Singaporeans and SPR only
Additional Info:
5 days work week, Normal Office hours, Tampines
Transport provided at Jurong East, Bedok, Ang Mo Kio & Tampines Mrt
