Job Description: This position requires a systematic, analytical, process oriented and level headed personality. The key deliverable for this person is to ensure smooth business operations.
During certain times of year, this business operations manager may be more concerned with budget and goal-setting; during others, he or she may be focused more on directing or coordinating the operations of the business as well as managing daily operations. The person in this role should also be skilled in dispute resolution and have the leadership skills to keep other employees focused and working toward mutual goals.
Essential Job Functions:
* Manage Process/Project flow in the office
* Project Quotations, costings
* Contract Generation
* Proposal submissions for grants
* Data Management
* Sales Reporting
* Payroll/HR/Office Management
* Accounting function (Major portion of Book keeping and accounts outsourced)
* Manage Vendors
Job Requirements: * A business degree is preferred.
* Proficient with English and Chinese.
* Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other PC programs (Fundamental).
* Ability to understand basic financial reports.
