Job Description: The Franchise Sales Manager will source, screen and sell franchise opportunities to qualified franchisee candidates. Position requires exceptional interpersonal, presentation and verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interviewing skills, financial analysis experience and analytical ability. Proven successful sales experience is required.

* Manage Franchise sales process locally and internationally
* Plan and drive franchise marketing activities and events
* Manage franchisor Expectations and franchise marketing plan
* Manage and improvise on Franchisor Pro-forma Financials
* Monthly Franchisor sales reports
* Source new franchise recruitment avenues
* Screen Potential franchisees
* Coordinate with Astreem Regional alliances
* Design Franchise presentations
* Franchisee sales meetings
* Present franchise opportunities
* Deliver on target sales
Job Requirements: * Minimum 3 years successful franchise sales experience.
* A relevant university degree.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
* Demonstrated knowledge of franchise and licensing regulations, laws and procedures (preferred).
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare and present to executives and potential franchisees – individually and in group formats - information and materials using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and other PC programs.
